Justyn made a very thorough home inspection that revealed things most people, even inspectors, would miss. His report was detailed and easy to read and understand. Once he completed the report, he called me to follow-up. He answered all of my questions taking time after a long day of doing inspections to make sure I understood his findings. I would highly recommend him for a home inspection! I doubt you will find a better inspector anywhere, not just on Kauai.

Justyn was a godsend. We were buying while on the mainland, and Justyn did a great job of inspecting the property and then going back to revisit to see how repairs were progressing. His knowledge of both building codes and local (ie unofficial) building practices was invaluable for a hands-on, detail-oriented person like me. He was very professional, thorough, and detailed, which was important, since our property was older and not in the “condo” area of the island. Justyn with Paradise Home Inspection was, excellent ! We live on the mainland and could not be present at the time of the inspection. This was not a problem as we were very satisfied with the level of communication prior and during the inspection, and received a very detailed extremely thorough inspection report. Additionally once we were on island Justyn came back out to the property to personally review the report and go through the property with us personally. I highly recommend using this company !!!
